In A Quest For The Best Buttercream Frosting II

This was my second attempt. This frosting recipe involve the usage of krimwell, which I bought from a bakery supply shop in Puchong. That was the first time I heard of krimwell.
The smell of krimwell is not very pleasant.
The end result...the frosting is too soft for decoration. Anyway, it might be due of my technique. May be I did not get the right consistency.
I will try to make the same frosting again sometime and if it turn out good, I will post the recipe.
