Yes, there are a few holes in the decision tree.

i don't mind being a blogger with big bucks though...
The best medical speciality to me would be dermatology. You can do procedures and there is rarely an emergency. You prescribe steriod cream and antibiotics. If it is dry you moisturize it and it if is wet you dry it....LOL And how often do they get called after hours???
