may i have the recipe for the frosting u used on the biscuit posted ?
i am looking for a frosting that wouldnt melt and no need to be chilled in the fridge beforehand to be used on biscuits for my students.
too lazy to try recipes on the internet. Used to try a chocolate fudge i found in the net, but it turned out to be too sweet, until the sugar sink at the bottom and caramelized !

wow, dah buat biskut raya? How many kinds of biskut are you making this year? I really enjoyed all these cookies when I visit my muslim friends during the Hari Raya open house.
